Real Arabic-language casework

What can complicate an Arabic medical record translation?

Neither of these is a medical record — both are Arabic-language documents carrying the two disciplines medical packets depend on: honest limits on degraded pages, and identifiers treated as data.

Redacted handwritten Saudi certificate too degraded for safe certification

Saudi Arabia · honest limits

A record too far gone — and we said so

We told the client before payment that the page could not be certified safely, and what better copy to request — the honesty ceiling every degraded medical card is measured against.

Redacted Egyptian certificate whose national ID number encodes birth data

Egypt · identifiers

The number was a code, and the code had to survive

We reproduced the Egyptian national ID digit for digit and explained its encoded structure in a note — identifiers are data, on civil and medical records alike.

Country-specific evidence

Do I need the card, the app certificate, or the تقرير?

The country and the era decide which record holds your doses. We name the document and its calendar before any payment.

Saudi Arabia

Sehhaty e-certificates over Hijri-dated paper

The MOH issues child vaccination e-certificates through Sehhaty, replacing the paper card for new doses. Older records stay paper — and Saudi paperwork runs on the Umm al-Qura Hijri calendar.

We translate both generations, preserve app verification data, and label every date by its calendar with Gregorian equivalents in a note.

A Hijri dose date is still a full date. Labeled and noted, it credits at the I-693 exam like any other — silently converted, it stops matching the source.

Egypt

The مكتب الصحة trail from birth to booster

Newborns are registered at the health office within fifteen days, and the same offices give the compulsory childhood series through eighteen months — one paper trail from the start.

The stamped certificate that trail produces is what U.S. desks ask about. Egypt also runs an official international vaccination certificate service for travel use.

Wider region

One script family, many forms

Jordanian, Moroccan, Iraqi, and Gulf records follow their own layouts in the same script, with stamps doing the authenticating.

We name each system, mirror each layout, and keep the dose data exact — whatever the letterhead.

How it works

How do I get Arabic medical records translated into English?

Upload the record first. We name the document, its system, and its calendar, confirm the page count and the price, then translate, cross-check, and certify.

  1. 01

    Upload every stamped page

Send cards, certificates, تقارير, lab sheets, and both sides where stamps continue. Attach any request letter that names what the office needs.

    Document identified · total confirmed
  2. 02

    We translate calendar-aware

An Arabic specialist translates dose rows and clinical text. A second reviewer checks names against passport spelling, every date and its calendar, and each stamp.

  3. 03

Review and receive the certified set

Ask for fixes before we certify. You then receive the source copy, the complete English translation, and the signed and stamped Certificate of Translation Accuracy.

My Saudi card had Hijri dates on every row. The translation kept them and added the Western dates in a note, and the exam doctor followed it.

My father’s hospital report was dense Arabic on both pages. The English mirrored the layout, so his new doctor could compare line by line.

Questions before ordering

What does USCIS require for translated Arabic medical records?

The rule is fixed: Arabic-language evidence in a U.S. filing needs a complete certified English translation — with dates that still mean what the source meant.

How much does an Arabic medical records translation cost?+

The price is $24.95 per physical page, with no word cap. A card or certificate runs one to three pages; hospital reports go longer. We confirm the count before you pay.

How long does an Arabic medical records translation take?+

Most one- to three-page orders arrive within 24 hours. Dense handwriting and long reports get a confirmed delivery window before we start.

Will my Arabic medical records translation be accepted by USCIS?+

Your package carries the source copy, a complete English translation, and a signed and stamped Certificate of Translation Accuracy. If USCIS raises a translation issue, we revise it free. The record underneath still has to be the right one.

What happens to Hijri dates on my record?+

They stay exactly as written, labeled as Hijri, with Gregorian equivalents in a translator’s note. A silently converted date stops matching the source a reviewer compares against.

My Saudi doses are in the Sehhaty app. What do I translate?+

The e-certificate the app issues — we translate it with its verification data preserved. Older doses usually live on paper cards, and we translate those alongside it as one history.

Where do Egyptian childhood vaccination records come from?+

From the مكتب الصحة trail: birth registration and the compulsory series run through the same offices, and the stamped certificate that results is the document U.S. desks ask about.

Does USCIS require notarization or an apostille for medical records?+

USCIS generally asks for a certified English translation, not a notarized one and not an apostille. A school, insurer, or foreign authority may set its own rules, so follow that recipient’s checklist.

Are Eastern Arabic numerals a problem?+

No — ٧ becomes 7 with nothing shifted. Digits are converted glyph for glyph, and identifiers like the Egyptian national ID are reproduced exactly.

What if my card is too damaged to read?+

We say so before you pay, and we tell you what better copy to request. Certifying a guess would put a wrong dose into your medical history — we do not do it.

Do you keep the right-to-left layout?+

We mirror it, so each English field faces its Arabic source when the reviewer reads them side by side. The translation is the same document, not a rearrangement.

What we check before certification

What can make a translated Arabic medical record unclear?

These issues repeat across cards and reports. The translation should carry the dates, the calendars, and the identifiers exactly, with nothing left to decode.

01

A Hijri date turned Gregorian in place

Our check: Dates stay as written and labeled; conversions live in a translator’s note where the reviewer can see both.

02

A misread Eastern Arabic digit

Our check: Numerals are converted glyph for glyph and cross-checked, because one wrong digit rewrites a dose date.

03

An RTL table flattened left-to-right

Our check: We mirror the layout so the certified English stays comparable to the Arabic source beside it.

04

A degraded شهادة certified on hope

Our check: If the page cannot be certified safely, we say so before payment and name the better copy to request.

The standard behind these checks

AcceptReady™ is CertTranslate's published standard for certified translations: complete word-for-word translation, mirrored page layout, signed and stamped Certificate of Accuracy on letterhead, and matched to the receiver's published requirements.

How to check each one yourself

Checked before we certify. If a reviewer later asks for a translation-related correction, the revision is free.

Common filing contexts

When do I need a certified Arabic medical records translation?

The immigration medical exam leads: the doctor credits doses from written, dated records, and bringing them in English — calendars labeled — is the applicant’s side of the process.

File the Arabic record together with its certified English translation. The translation must never replace the source, shorten it, or quietly tidy it.

I-693

Immigration medical exam

Cards and certificates prove the childhood series. Labeled dates keep Hijri doses from being questioned or repeated.

I-485

Adjustment and family evidence

Medical evidence filed with USCIS needs a complete certified English translation of every Arabic-language page.

Schools

Enrollment and campus health

Health offices read the translated dose rows against their checklist, stamps and all.

Claims / care

Insurers and new physicians

A التقرير الطبي becomes evidence — its dates, values, and layout must survive translation exactly.
