Welcome to CertTranslate. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services

CertTranslate provides certified document translation services. Our translations are prepared by professional human translators and include a signed certificate of accuracy, making them suitable for submission to USCIS, universities, courts, and other official institutions in the United States.

Placing an Order

To place an order, you upload your document(s) through our website, select your desired turnaround time, and complete payment. By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • The documents you provide are authentic and belong to you or you have authorization to have them translated
  • The information you provide (name, email, etc.) is accurate
  • You agree to pay the quoted price for the selected service

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website at the time of order and depend on the document type, page count, and turnaround time selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Delivery

Completed translations are delivered electronically via email as PDF files. We strive to deliver within the turnaround time you selected. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will notify you promptly.

Accuracy Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Every translation is reviewed for accuracy before delivery. If a receiving institution (such as USCIS, a university, or a court) rejects your translation due to a formatting or accuracy issue on our part, we will revise it at no additional charge. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions for any errors or issues attributable to our translation. Revision requests should be submitted via email within 30 days of delivery. Revisions for changes to the source document or new requirements may incur additional charges.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your translation and we are unable to resolve the issue through revisions, you may request a refund. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for orders where the translation has been delivered accurately and in accordance with the original order specifications.

Your Documents

You retain full ownership of your original documents and the completed translations. We treat all uploaded documents as confidential and handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee that any specific immigration petition, university application, or legal proceeding will be approved as a result of our translation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific translation in question.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including submitting fraudulent or forged documents for translation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
