How much does a certified translation cost?
Our certified translations are $29.95 per page, where one page is up to 250 words. This flat rate includes the translation, a signed Certificate of Accuracy, and delivery within 24 hours. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay. Most single-page documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, passports) cost $29.95 total.
Why do you charge per page instead of per word?
Per-page pricing is more predictable and transparent. With per-word pricing, you won't know the cost until someone counts every word in your document — and scanned documents can't even be word-counted accurately. Our flat page rate means you know exactly what you'll pay before you start.
Is notarization included in the price?
Notarization is an optional add-on for $19.95 per order (not per page). It includes a notary-sealed certification on top of the standard Certificate of Accuracy. Some courts and government agencies require this — if you're unsure, use our free Requirements Checker.
How does rush delivery pricing work?
Standard delivery is 24 hours and included in the base price. Rush delivery (12 hours) adds $12 per page. Super Rush delivery (6 hours) adds $24 per page. Rush and Super Rush are available 7 days a week, including holidays.
Do you offer discounts for multiple pages or documents?
For personal orders, the per-page rate stays the same regardless of volume. For businesses, law firms, and organizations with regular translation needs, we offer custom volume pricing starting at 10+ pages per month. Contact us for a quote.
What if my translation gets rejected?
If your certified translation is rejected by USCIS, a U.S. court, or any accredited university for any translation-related reason, we will revise it for free. If the revision still doesn't work, we refund you in full. No questions asked. Read the full guarantee.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The per-page rate includes the translation, Certificate of Accuracy, quality review, and digital PDF delivery. The only additional costs are optional add-ons you choose: notarization ($19.95), rush delivery ($12–$24/page), and hard copy by mail ($12–$20).
