A translation is only useful if someone can verify it.
CertTranslate started in 2014 with a practical idea: an official translation should make a document easier to review, not merely turn its words into English.
The difficult part is often not the sentence. It is keeping a name, date, number, seal, or handwritten note consistent with the source and the rest of the application. That is where a polished-looking translation can still fail its reader.
So we built the service around document-specific specialists, a separate quality check, and a certification package that shows exactly what was translated.

Match the document to the right specialist
Language is only the first filter. Civil records, academic credentials, court documents, and medical records each go to people who work with those formats regularly.

Names, dates, registry numbers, seals, stamps, handwritten notes, and layout are checked against the source—not simply read for fluent English.

There is no independent ranking that compares every company, language, document, and deadline each morning. Without a page count and delivery tier, “fastest” is just an advertising word.

Lowest for which document—and what definition of a page?
Nobody continuously monitors every provider’s prices. A low headline rate also means little when a “page” silently becomes every 250 words and a dense document becomes two or three billed pages.
